Green Futures History

Green Futures Pty Ltd T/A JDG Consulting was established early in 1994. The director principal, John, was previously a director of a large consultancy practice. Subsequently the practice has maintained a premium level of consulting building engineering and management services. Cheralee Heynes, became a associate director in 2008.

The diverse experience of the principal allows us to readily adapt to dynamic marketplace changes and to function effectively within the cyclic nature of the construction industry.

The broad scope of our engineering experience includes problem solving, feasibility study and condition surveys, life cycle analysis, project costing & reporting, detailed & conceptual design, design documentation, specification writing, contract preparation, tender evaluation, contract negotiation & administration, project site supervision, audit, progress claim certification, quality assurance and control, commissioning of plant and equipment, establishment of services plant operations, preventative maintenance procedures essential services certification to BCA requirements.

 

Engineering Specialities

Our experience includes electricity distribution infrastructure design, electrical building services electrical engineering, lighting design, power reticulation, distribution and generation, lightning protection, telecommunications and information management, automatic fire detection, security access control and surveillance, risk analysis, value analysis, loss adjustment, energy management and expert witness.
